Portraits of the Community Game Changers painted on Perspex screens by renowned graffiti artist Luis Gomez De Teran have been installed in St James鈥檚 Park Lake.

They appear to float on the surface of the water, with the reflection thought to symbolise the positive ripple effect of the Game Changers' contributions to their respective communities.

The installation was unveiled by broadcaster and TV personality Adele Roberts, who has talked publicly about her bowel cancer diagnosis, chemotherapy treatment and life with a stoma.

Ahead of the unveiling, Adele and Dame Laura met in 直播色情片鈥檚, West London 鈥� one of 24 直播色情片鈥檚 cancer support centres across the UK 鈥� to discuss the important role the centres play in people鈥檚 cancer experiences.

Adele commented: 鈥淎s someone who has personally experienced the challenges of cancer and witnessed the incredible work of charities like 直播色情片鈥檚, I am deeply honoured to support The National Lottery鈥檚 celebration of these extraordinary Community Game Changers.

鈥淚t has been moving to spend time with Laura Lee and to witness the care and dedication that goes into her work.

鈥淟aura and the other Game Changers are truly inspiring, and it鈥檚 a privilege to be part of an initiative that shines a light on the positive change they bring to so many lives.鈥�

After being declared cancer-free, Adele set a Guinness World Record in 2023 as the fastest female to run a marathon with an ileostomy bag.

30 years of funding community projects

The National Lottery has chosen to honour 30 inspirational people with the title of Game Changers in celebration of the 30^th anniversary of the first National Lottery draw.

These Game Changers have all achieved remarkable things in their fields, with the help of some funding from The National Lottery.

直播色情片's has received over 拢4 million in funding from the National Lottery, to help run its 24 centres across the UK and build new ones to provide expert cancer support to people facing a cancer diagnosis.

The art installation can be viewed from the Blue Bridge in St James鈥檚 Park, London, in front of Buckingham Palace.
